Fantasy football flex and superflex rankings for Week 2

play
Is there cause for fantasy concern with De'Von Achane? (1:35)

Welcome to Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings. We know many of you compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, and these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it.

If your league is a standard flex, note that rankings without QBs appear below the superflex rankings. However you prefer to play, good luck this week!

Week 2 superflex rankings (includes quarterbacks)

1. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB1 @ BUF

We love the 34 touches in Week 1. Keep 'em coming.

2. Bijan Robinson, RB2 vs CAR

Similarly, ample volume so far, especially in the passing game.

3. Christian McCaffrey, RB3 vs MIA

Don't question his volume ... yet. The 49ers can afford to be cautious with him.

4. Josh Allen, QB1 vs DET

If he can score four touchdowns on the Houston defense, this may be his best season yet.

5. Lamar Jackson, QB2 vs NO

For perspective, he hadn't thrown for 300 yards in a game in nearly two years. He's back!

6. Caleb Williams, QB3 vs MIN

The bar is set high. Don't disappoint us, Caleb. We want 30 fantasy points every week now.

7. Puka Nacua, WR1 vs NYG

No, I am not worried about the Rams after one game in Australia. Not. At. All.

8. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR2 @ BUF

He led the league with 14 targets in Week 1. Yes, more of that please!

9. Jalen Hurts, QB4 @ TEN

He ran against the Commanders, but we need to see it consistenly to really believe.

10. Brock Purdy, QB5 vs MIA

Home game with Miami drives this optimistic ranking, but Purdy deserves it.

11. Dak Prescott, QB6 vs WSH

We expected more versus the Giants, but again, it was one game. He will be better.

12. Jayden Daniels, QB7 @ DAL

Capable outing in the loss in Philadelphia, but not a dynamic one.

13. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR3 @ ARI

As this ranking shows, the change in Seattle's QB isn't destroying this star's value.

14. Ja'Marr Chase, WR4 @ HOU

Yep. We may say it 50 times in this article. It was one game. Chase is still awesome.

15. CeeDee Lamb, WR5 vs WSH

16. Patrick Mahomes, QB8 vs IND

17. Jaxson Dart, QB9 @ LAR

18. Justin Herbert, QB10 vs LV

19. Jonathan Taylor, RB4 @ KC

20. Ashton Jeanty, RB5 @ LAC

He rushed for 100 yards only twice as a rookie. Let's hope Week 1 wasn't because he played Miami.

21. Derrick Henry, RB6 vs NO

Hey, you passed him up on draft day because of his age. Does he look too old to you?

22. Justin Jefferson, WR6 @ CHI

He has already matched last season's TD total. He needs only competent QB play. He has it now.

23. Drake Maye, QB11 vs PIT

There aren't many easy ones on this season's schedule, but Maye should remain a QB1.

24. Matthew Stafford, QB12 vs NYG

We all assumed fewer than 46 TD passes. He can still reach 30. Remain confident.

25. Bo Nix, QB13 vs JAX

Monday night went rather poorly for him, but now is the time to believe, not run away.

26. James Cook III, RB7 vs DET

27. Javonte Williams, RB8 vs WSH

28. De'Von Achane, RB9 @ SF

29. Saquon Barkley, RB10 @ TEN

Other than a 42-yard run, this was not a promising fantasy effort. We may get a 2025 repeat here.

30. Kenneth Walker III, RB11 vs IND

What a fabulous debut, with ample volume. Let's hope it lasts for 17 games.

31. Trey McBride, TE1 vs SEA

Cardinals have other receivers, but it was hard to tell in Week 1.

32. Chris Olave, WR7 @ BAL

So far there is no reason to question if last season's monster season was a fluke.

33. Nico Collins, WR8 vs CIN

34. Garrett Wilson, WR9 vs GB

35. Jared Goff, QB14 @ BUF

36. Joe Burrow, QB15 @ HOU

We ranked him well entering the season for a reason. You cannot panic here.

37. C.J. Stroud, QB16 vs CIN

Fantasy managers really must forget about his rookie season. He's a superflex option, though.

38. Baker Mayfield, QB17 vs CLE

Tepid fantasy effort in Week 1, and he must do something about the fumbles.

39. Carson Wentz, QB18 @ CHI

Mock if you must, but he played well against the Packers. Now he gets that Bears defense.

40. Breece Hall, RB12 vs GB

The 22 rushing attempts were a great sign. He didn't eclipse that mark last season.

41. Omarion Hampton, RB13 vs LV

He certainly cannot reach his statistical ceiling on 12 rushes per game.

42. Chase Brown, RB14 @ HOU

43. George Pickens, WR10 vs WSH

44. Rashee Rice, WR11 vs IND

45. Jordan Love, QB19 @ NYJ

46. Trevor Lawrence, QB20 @ DEN

47. Malik Willis, QB21 @ SF

Call his Week 1 a positive outing. He ran, and he appears to have a WR to depend on.

48. Bryce Young, QB22 @ ATL

Perhaps he threw for 361 yards only because it was the Bears. Time will tell.

49. Tyler Shough, QB23 @ BAL

Perhaps he threw for 410 yards only because his team trailed the Lions. Again, more evidence is needed.

50. David Montgomery, RB15 vs CIN

He wasn't efficient, but we will take a double-digit touchdown season for sure.

51. D'Andre Swift, RB16 vs MIN

It's quite possible this is a RB1 option ready for his career season. Or not.

52. Zay Flowers, WR12 vs NO

Hamstring injury may cost him Week 2 and beyond. If he plays, though, you trust him.

53. Malik Nabers, WR13 @ LAR

Excellent performance from someone who wasn't guaranteed to play. Health is the main risk.

54. DeVonta Smith, WR14 @ TEN

55. Colston Loveland, TE2 vs MIN

56. Tyler Warren, TE3 @ KC

57. Daniel Jones, QB24 @ KC

58. Geno Smith, QB25 vs GB

Competent, understated performance in Week 1. The schedule will toughen.

59. Drew Lock, QB26 @ ARI

He's the QB with Sam Darnold (glute) out. It's a good matchup this week, but don't force it.

60. Kyren Williams, RB17 vs NYG

At least he scored the TD in Week 1. He'll get to double digits again.

61. Chuba Hubbard, RB18 @ ATL

He dominated the backfield in Week 1, but things may be more even moving forward.

62. Bucky Irving, RB19 vs CLE

Likewise, this was not the expected backfield split. Be careful trusting Irving.

63. Rhamondre Stevenson, RB20 vs PIT

There will be a backfield split here at some point soon, too.

64. DJ Moore, WR15 vs DET

Bank on 1,000 receiving yards for his third franchise. He's off to a solid start.

65. Ladd McConkey, WR16 vs LV

66. Davante Adams, WR17 vs NYG

67. Drake London, WR18 vs CAR

It didn't take long for us to worry about him. Only four targets is embarrassing.

68. Jacoby Brissett, QB27 vs SEA

Don't be so shocked when he throws for 4,000 yards. He would have done so in a full season in 2025.

69. Michael Penix Jr., QB28 vs CAR

Someone must play QB. If it's not him, downgrade the receivers more.

70. Cam Skattebo, RB21 @ LAR

Certainly looked healthy and spirited on Sunday. The only concern was a lack of targets.

71. Jeremiyah Love, RB22 vs SEA

72. Jadarian Price, RB23 @ ARI

73. Travis Etienne Jr., RB24 @ BAL

74. Christian Watson, WR19 @ NYJ

75. Emeka Egbuka, WR20 vs CLE

76. Tetairoa McMillan, WR21 @ ATL

77. Mike Evans, WR22 vs MIA

78. Luther Burden III, WR23 vs MIN
