          The NBA season is right around the corner as media days concluded on Monday.

          The Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks were the first two teams to hold media days last week, as they'll travel to China for a preseason doubleheader. The remaining teams went on Monday with plenty of storylines ahead of a new campaign.

          LeBron James and Jaylen Brown headlined the new look Philadelphia 76ers. The New York Knicks rang in the season as champions for the first time in over 50 years. New York's opponents in the NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs, eye a return to the final stage, while the Oklahoma City Thunder prepared for revenge after losing to San Antonio in the Western Conference finals.

          Here are the top scenes from 2026 NBA media day.

          Atlanta Hawks

          The offseason acquisition of Lu Dort creates a strong group of defenders in Atlanta with Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Dyson Daniels, who posed together.

          Boston Celtics

          The blockbuster trade that sent Jaylen Brown to the 76ers created a new Celtics duo: Jayson Tatum and Paul George. The two posed together, while Tatum praised his latest teammate.

          Brooklyn Nets

          If Brooklyn is in need of any bodies, head coach Jordi Fernandez may be the likeliest to come off the bench.

          Charlotte Hornets

          A key offseason acquisition, Naz Reid looked right at home in the Hornets uniform.

          Chicago Bulls

          Energy was high as players arrived for media day, pinpointing what they were looking forward to the most on the day. Two of the Bulls' young stars -- Matas Buzelis and 2026 No. 4 pick Caleb Wilson -- discussed celebrations.

          Cleveland Cavaliers

          Cleveland displayed its new look core after acquiring wing Peyton Watson in a scene full of laughs.

          Dallas Mavericks

          Reigning Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg was center stage in Dallas. Much to his chagrin, he attempted to stop a timer right at one second, while teammate Naji Marshall cut a banana. Flagg also wouldn't confirm nor deny his offseason growth spurt to 6-foot-11.

          Denver Nuggets

          For the third straight year, a joker card showed up for Nikola Jokic with this one the biggest yet. Also, various Denver players took turns handling the Nuggets' X page, posting throughout the day.

          Detroit Pistons

          Coming off a second consecutive All-Star season, Cade Cunningham was all smiles posing in his uniform.

          Golden State Warriors

          Vibes were high in Golden State with Stephen Curry showing off the dance move, and Jimmy Butler III rocking new bling. There was also some friendly banter between Draymond Green and Yaxel Lendeborg, who played for Michigan. Green suited up for the in-state rivals Michigan State.

          Houston Rockets

          The Rockets were the first team to hold their media day, and they came out firing. Center Steven Adams joked about GTA VI having an impact on player's performance when it releases in November, while guard Reed Sheppard arrived with a different look.

          Indiana Pacers

          Tyrese Haliburton declared himself 100% healthy going into this season, and received praise from highflyer Obi Toppin on an offseason slam. Their teammate, Pascal Siakam, showed off his skills behind the camera.

          LA Clippers

          Rui Hachimura and Yuki Kawamura showed off the Japanese connection.

          Los Angeles Lakers

          Head coach JJ Redick plus stars Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves were full of energy when posing together, while Doncic and Reaves continued to joke with one another.

          Memphis Grizzlies

          The Grizzlies had a clever way of wrapping up the summer, asking players to add their biggest achievement of the break on a cake.

          Miami Heat

          New places require an adjustment period, and Giannis Antetokounmpo is still getting used to being in Miami after being traded from the Milwaukee Bucks. The biggest change? The different animals, including an iguana he encountered at his house. Giannis and Bam Adebayo displayed some early chemistry, too, hitting the fusion dance from Dragon Ball Z.

          Milwaukee Bucks

          Junior reporters returned to Bucks media day and new head coach Taylor Jenkins offered a clever joke.

          Minnesota Timberwolves

          LaMelo Ball was all smiles posing in his new jersey after being traded to the Timberwolves in the offseason.

          New Orleans Pelicans

          The Pelicans brought a cat for Jordan Poole's photoshoot, prompting him to say: "this is the best media day that I've had solely because of this."

          New York Knicks

          Jalen Brunson made sure to show his teammate and close friend Josh Hart love while Hart did a media read. Hart then joked about Brunson's recent gig hosting "Saturday Night Live." Landry Shamet also grabbed a camera to take photos himself.

          Oklahoma City Thunder

          Similar to the Nuggets, Thunder players took over their team's X page with posts.

          Orlando Magic

          A familiar face returns to Orlando this season with Nikola Vucevic back. The center spent eight-and-a-half seasons with the Magic.

          Philadelphia 76ers

          Philadelphia was arguably the place to be for media day, with the new look team posing together. James and Maxey made sure to crack jokes, too.

          Phoenix Suns

          Media day doesn't just mark the first instance of new faces in new places, but new numbers, too. Devin Booker showed off his No. 15 jersey after changing his number in the offseason.

          Portland Trail Blazers

          Following an offseason trade, Ja Morant headed to Portland, creating a star-studded backcourt duo with Damian Lillard.

          Sacramento Kings

          Ben Simmons returns to NBA action with the Kings and posed in his new threads.

          San Antonio Spurs

          The vibes were high in San Antonio after a trip to the 2026 NBA Finals.

          Toronto Raptors

          Kawhi Leonard is back in Toronto following a trade and reflected on his memorable laugh at Raptors media day in 2018. Scottie Barnes had a viral moment last week with a Toronto reporter.

          Utah Jazz

          Jaren Jackson Jr. brought the positive energy to Utah during media day.

          Washington Wizards

          Headlined by the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NBA draft AJ Dybantsa, the new look Wizards had strong vibes.
