One week into the 2026-27 NBA season, there have already been some big shake-ups to the NBA Finals odds board.

At the top, the San Antonio Spurs are now the standalone favorites for the title at +285 after previously sharing the honor with the Oklahoma City Thunder at +270. OKC has dropped down to +380 amid a slew of injuries to start the season, including long-term ones to Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace.

After a poor start to the season, the reigning champion New York Knicks dropped from a tie with the Philadelphia 76ers at +900 to a tie with the Boston Celtics at 10-1; Boston improved from 13-1 after a 3-1 start.

Several other teams made big moves up the championship board in the span of the first week, including the Toronto Raptors (25-1 to 15-1), Minnesota Timberwolves (25-1 to 16-1) and Houston Rockets (35-1 to 16-1).

Meanwhile, the much-hyped Miami Heat, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, have lengthened from 30-1 to 55-1 for the title after failing to win a game in the season's first week. Antetokounmpo dropped from 14-1 to 16-1 on the MVP odds board, which still features Victor Wembanyama (+210) at the top.
