News: 1 day agoRobinson rushed 19 times for 76 yards and failed to bring in his only target in the Falcons' 16-0 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
Spin: It was a bizarre afternoon overall in very rainy conditions in Tampa Bay, and Robinson managed to salvage his day with a solid rushing yardage total. Robinson's tally on the ground was actually his best since Week 5, although his streak of games without a rushing touchdown extended to four. Robinson is still averaging 5.2 yards per carry on the season and now is up to 983 yards from scrimmage and five total touchdowns heading into next Sunday's Week 9 matchup against the Bengals in Madrid.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Robinson enters his fourth season having finished in the top five among running backs in carries, rushing yards, touches, yards and fantasy points in each of the past two seasons. Also a big factor as a receiver, he has ranked no lower than fifth at the position in routes, targets, receptions and receiving yards in his three pro seasons. In 2025, PFF tracked him with 86 forced missed tackles, which was easily the most among backs. The 24-year-old is in his prime and, though he has a new coach in Kevin Stefanski, his path to a massive offensive role remains clear. He's on the short list of players who should be considered with the first pick of your fantasy draft.
