Bromley boss Andy Woodman has left the Sky Bet League One club after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
The former Arsenal goalkeeping coach was appointed in 2021 and led the Ravens to promotion to the English Football League for the first time in their 132-year history in 2024 before guiding them to the League Two title last season.
Bromley, playing in the third tier for the first time, slipped to a third straight league defeat on Tuesday, losing 4-0 at home to Leicester, and sit second from bottom in the table.
Woodman was the third-longest standing manager in English football, behind only Mikel Arteta of Arsenal and Nigel Clough of Mansfield, having been Bromley boss for five years and seven months.
The club have confirmed Byron Webster, who retired as a Ravens player at the end of last season, will take charge on an interim basis as they search for a permanent replacement.

Owner and chairman Robin Stanton-Gleaves said: "I would firstly like to offer my sincere thanks to Andy for all he has achieved during his time with us. It's no surprise that this club has reached new heights and Andy has been fundamental in helping us achieve that.
"I would like to reassure our supporters that we will be entering this new chapter with the same ambition and determination to keep moving this football club forward."
