Saturday in the Premier League began with defending champions Arsenal having to come from behind to beat Leeds United 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium. Then it was over to Chelsea, who scored two goals in the opening three minutes against Bournemouth on their way to an emphatic 5-1 home win.
Next up, our match of the day sees two teams desperate to turn their seasons around, as Manchester United host a Tottenham Hotspur side who are bottom of the table and still searching for its first league win of the season.
There's plenty of action across the continent, too. Bayern Munich conceded the quickest goal ever scored in the Bundesliga in their 2-2 draw at Augsburg. In LaLiga, Alavés fell to 2-1 Atlético Madrid, while champions Barcelona host Getafe. Meanwhile, Inter Milan cruised to a 3-0 win over Parma in Serie A.
