Premier League teams will be watching and hoping their star players remain healthy throughout the international break.
However, some have already sustained injuries while playing for their countries. Premier League matches resume on Oct. 10.

Kai Havertz (Arsenal)
Arsenal's Kai Havertz was forced off in the 30th minute of the game between Netherlands and Germany on September 24th with what was described as a muscle injury.
"Both are currently undergoing an MRI," Jurgen Klopp said on RTL about Havertz and Jamal Musiala. "I hope we get the diagnosis [on Thursday] evening. But of course, this isn't great. I hope it's nothing serious. The lads are probably out for us. But hopefully, they'll be back in action relatively quickly."
On September 25 the German Football Association confirmed the attacker would be leaving Klopp's camp and return to Arsenal after suffering what they describe as a 'muscle strain.'
Brian Brobbey (Sunderland)
The powerful Sunderland attacker was also injured in the same game after picking up what looked like a hamstring injury while running for the ball. He immediately went down and signalled to the sideline.
He left the field of his own accord but did have a heavy limp as he walked down the tunnel.
Netherlands boss Xavi Hernandez said after the game: "Brian is indeed injured."
Brobbey was replaced by Joshua Zirkzee in the Dutch squad.
Zion Suzuki (Aston Villa)
The goalkeeper linked up with the Japan squad but according to reports missed the main group training session on September 22nd, according to local reports. Instead he was put on an individual session for a rib injury.
Suzuki was subsequently left out of Japan's matchday squad entirely for Thursday's 3-1 victory over Uruguay.
