A superb stoppage-time volley from Cody Gakpo rescued a point for the Netherlands against Germany in the Nations League.
It was the first game in charge for both new managers Xavi and Jürgen Klopp, and it was the latter's side who got the first of the evening through Felix Nmecha, who finished in controversial circumstances with Brian Brobbey down injured, as Die Mannschaft led for the following hour.
The Sunderland man joined Arsenal's Kai Havertz in having to go off with injury in the first half.
In the second 45, the hosts carved out plenty of chances and applied all sorts of pressure, before Gakpo's 92nd minute strike meant the spoils were shared.

Both countries were each eliminated in the round of 32 at the World Cup in north America this summer, with Ronald Koeman and Julian Nagelsmann subsequently leaving their posts.
Klopp has taken an unconventional approach to his first international window, selecting 44 players across two squads for Germany's four Nations League fixtures.
His first 24-man group will play both the Netherlands and Greece games before the majority return to their clubs, with a second group taking over for the remaining two matches. Liverpool's Florian Wirtz is among the second squad, meaning hewill not be playing in the Dutch capital.
The Netherlands are also beginning life under a new coach, with Xavi becoming their first foreign manager since Ernst Happel led the Oranje to the 1978 World Cup final. Virgil van Dijk remains captain, while Memphis Depay and Wout Weghorst were among the notable omissions from Xavi's first squad.
The two sides are are in League A Group 2, where they have been drawn alongside Serbia and Greece.
Die Mannschaft came out on top the last time the two teams met with a 1-0 win in Munich in 2024.
