News: 2 days agoForsberg made 23 saves Saturday in a 3-1 loss to New Jersey. He allowed two goals.
Spin: The game was tight until the Devils broke a 1-1 tie at 8:08 of the third period when defender Brett Pesce surprisingly got the game-winner. The Kings mustered just 13 shots and were outshot 14-3 in the second period. It was the fifth time in the past seven games that Los Angeles scored only one goal. Whoever is in net for the Kings will need better offensive support from their teammates to get wins.
