ARLINGTON, Texas -- Texas Rangers first baseman Jake Burger left Saturday night's game against the Los Angeles Angels after four innings with a left wrist contusion after being hit by a pitch in the third inning by Angels starter Ryan Johnson.
X-rays were negative, and he's listed as day to day, the team said.
Burger has hit 21 home runs this season, one short of Joc Pederson's club lead, and leads the Rangers with 73 RBI.
