The MLB championship round begins on Sunday Oct. 11 with Game 1 of the NLCS in Milwaukee. Both series will be in action On Monday Oct. 12, with the NL taking a break on Tuesday Oct. 13 while the ALCS catches up with its Game 2.
Teams in this round play a best-of-seven series, with Games 1, 2, 6 and 7 (those last two only if necessary) taking place in the home stadium of the higher-seeded team.
