One of the most consistent and popular players on tour, Jonny Clayton has won two major PDC titles and twice reached the quarterfinals of the World Championship.
The Welshman won four major titles in 2021, one year after lifting the first of his two World Cups alongside Gerwyn Price.
Clayton, a former plasterer, only took up darts full time in 2022. It was his time playing at scrum-half for amateur rugby union club Pontyberem RFC where he picked up his "Ferret" nickname.

He has failed to reach those heights again since, but remains one of the most capable players and consistently reaches the latter stages of tournaments.
Clayton has twice reached the quarterfinals of the World Championship, first doing so in 2023 before repeating the trick last year.

Clayton has hit three competitive nine-darters in front of the cameras.
His first came at the UK Open in 2020 with his second coming just over a year later when he achieved perfection in a win over Jose De Sousa on Night 3 of his victorious Premier League campaign in 2021.
Clayton's last threw a nine-dart leg during a Players Championship event in October 2022.
