Josh Rock is one of the most highly-rated young players on tour and a first major singles triumph appears as if it could be right around the corner.
The darting world first became aware of his talents following his peformances on the PDC's youth circuit where he won the World Youth Championship in 2022.
The Northern Irishman has reached the semifinal stage of the UK Open, World Matchplay and World Series of Darts Finals, but is yet to book his name in a major final.

What has Josh Rock won?
Rock is still searching for his first major tournament triumph at senior level, but he has won the World Cup alongside his fellow countryman Daryl Gurney.
The Northern Irishmen's 10-9 victory denied the Welsh duo of Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price what would have been their third World Cup success.
Rock won the PDC World Youth Championship the year before Luke Littler did the same and took the sport by storm.

How many nine-darters has Josh Rock thrown?
Rock has a proven ability to produce explosive darts when everything lines up perfectly. He has thrown nine nine-darters in his professional career, with seven coming in Players Championship events and two in front of the television cameras.
His most recent nine-dart finish came on home soil in February as he lit up the SSE Arena in Belfast during Night 4 of the Premier League.
Rock was also involved in what some consider to be the best leg of darts in history when he faced Littler at the World Matchplay in 2025 and 15 consecutive perfect arrows were slung. That night, both players threw back-to-back 180s to set up nine-darters, but Littler was on throw and took the opportunity to seal the leg before Rock had the chance to complete his own feat of darting perfection.
