BATON ROUGE, La. -- LSU star linebacker Whit Weeks left Saturday night's 35-6 win over Texas A&M after heading to the locker room on crutches with a boot on his foot.
Weeks has 24 tackles this season, including four along with a quarterback hurry against the Aggies. He was injured early in the third quarter as the Tigers led Texas A&M 28-6.
Weeks missed five games with a lower leg injury last season. He finished the season with 31 tackles and a sack after being a first-team All-SEC linebacker his sophomore year when he finished second in the SEC with 125 tackles.
