SANTA CLARA, Calif. – San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Quinton Dial, who suffered a back strain last week in Detroit, was ruled out of Sunday’s season finale against the St. Louis Rams, along with inside linebacker Michael Wilhoite, who has not played since aggravating an ankle injury on Dec. 6.
Also, offensive lineman Marcus Martin, who suffered a concussion on Dec. 20, and strong safety Jaquiski Tartt, who did not practice Thursday but was limited on Friday, were listed as doubtful to play against the Rams.
