Early thoughts: This position is cut-and-dried barring an injury to Felton. Given his contract -- which made him the second-highest paid fullback in the NFL -- he is a lock to make the roster. Knox, a first-year player from the University at Buffalo, is a practice-squad candidate at best. The Bills haven't carried a full-time fullback since they released Frank Summers last December. They'll be carrying one this year, which likely will mean they will have to carry one less player at running back, receiver or tight end.
