Ronaldo, aged 41, will continue his club career with Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League where his pursuit of 1,000 career goals requires another 15 to hit the incredible milestone.

He has left Portugal duty a day before Jorge Jesus is set to name a squad for the upcoming Nations League fixtures against Denmark and Wales.
