LaLiga have announced that a minute's silence will be held at all games in Spain's top two divisions this weekend in memory of the victims of the train crash in the province of Toledo.
At least 69 people died in Wednesday's collision between two high-speed trains and more than 100 people were injured. The Spanish government has declared three days of mourning.
In a statement, LaLiga said: "LALIGA would like to express our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and our support for those affected."
The RFEF already postponed all twenty-four Copa del Rey first-round games that were due to be played on Wednesday evening as a "mark of respect."
Real Madrid captain Fede Valverde issued a statement on behalf of his teammates, writing: "As captain of Real Madrid, I am ready to help in any way I can and to assist in sharing information that may help locate missing persons."
The wife of Real Madrid defender Marc Cucurella, Claudia Rodriguez, was travelling on Wednesday morning to Malaga from Madrid on a later train.

The train she was on was travelling along the same route as the trains involved in the crash, and hers had to return to Madrid because of the accident.
Rodriguez reassured fans that she was well and wrote on Instagram: "I was on a train to Malaga behind the other trains. I'm in shock. It really got to me to think that if it had happened a little later, it would have been my train, but please, that's nothing compared to what the people who were actually on that train must have gone through.
"All my strength goes out to those families once again."
