Bournemouth stormed to a stunning 3-0 victory over AC Milan on Thursday to make it three wins from three in the Europa League.

All three goals were set-pieces -- the first two being penalties, converted by Justin Kluivert and Marcus Tavernier respectively, as a Mike Maignan red card in the first half led to the latter.

With 10 men, the visitors couldn't get a foothold back into the game, as Amine Adli rocketed home a free-kick late on to seal the points.

Thursday's hosts started their Europa League campaign with a 2-1 win at Real Sociedad, followed by a convincing 3-0 triumph against Austrian side Sturm Graz, leaving Bournemouth with six points from six in the table.

Their European form has provided a welcome contract, as Marco Rose's side have found life considerably tougher in the Premier League. Their opening opponents have included Manchester City, Newcastle United, Chelsea and Liverpool, before they finally recording their first league victory of the season with a 2-0 win over Sunderland on Sunday.

AC Milan, meanwhile, arrive on the south coast looking to build on consecutive victories in Europe and Serie A. Rúben Amorim's men claimed their first Europa League points with a commanding victory away to Salzburg before overcoming Atalanta 3-2 at San Siro on Sunday.

Gonçalo Ramos opened the scoring from the penalty spot against Atalanta, before Adrien Rabiot and Mario Gila extended Milan's advantage to three. The visitors fought back through Gianluca Gaetano and Nikola Krstović, but the Rossoneri held on to secure all three points.

Milan have collected 15 points from their opening seven Serie A matches and will hope to carry their improving domestic form into Thursday.
