Burley: Arsenal are hard to watch despite victory vs. Nottingham Forest (2:40)

Morgan Gibbs-White will be back in contention for Nottingham Forest's game at Ipswich on Friday evening.

The England midfielder missed Sunday's 1-0 defeat at home to champions Arsenal because of a minor muscle injury, but has trained all week and will be fit for the Portman Road clash.

"Yes, he's ready, he trained for the entire week, so no issues," Forest boss Oliver Glasner said.

"[Nikola] Milenkovic was already on the bench and he is also ready to start, ready to play.

"It's just Igor [Jesus] and [Nicolo] Savona who can't be involved, but the levels are fine and fit.

"When Morgan is available again, it's important. We also know that Morgan is somebody who can create chances, who can score goals himself, and that that's always very positive.

"But on the other side, I think we could see that, without Morgan, we had a very competitive team against the champions, and this gives us confidence.

"We lost without Morgan. We lost with Morgan, so he's an important part. But he alone can't win the game, so we need a top team performance."

Forest's trip to Suffolk takes on extra significance given their poor start to the Premier League season.

They have won just one of their opening seven games and sit second-bottom on five points.

Forest have sacked managers for less in recent years -- Glasner became their fifth head coach in under a year when he was appointed in July -- but the Austrian has not spoken to owner Evangelos Marinakis about the club's plight.

"We don't need to have discussions about it because it's pretty obvious where we are," he said. "So it's pretty obvious that we have just five points.

"Nobody is pleased with this. Nobody is satisfied with this -- no player, no staff member, no-one in the leadership.

"But on the other side, everybody sees the effort. Everybody sees the performances.

"So that's why it's really very quiet in the club."
