The U.S. men's national team will close out 2026 with a match in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, against longtime Concacaf rival Jamaica on Dec. 13, U.S. Soccer confirmed on Tuesday.

It will be the first time the two teams meet since the USMNT's 4-2 win in the 2024 Concacaf Nations League quarterfinals off first-half goals from AC Milan's Christian Pulisic and PSV Eindhoven's Ricardo Pepi.

The end-of-the-year friendly will come at the heels of USMNT action in the Concacaf Nations League quarterfinal against Haiti, scheduled for Nov. 14 and Nov. 17.

Pulisic and Juventus' Weston McKennie are expected to play in the Nations League quarterfinal as AS Monaco's Folarin Balogun.

U.S. Soccer will be replacing the traditional January camp with this December's gathering, which is designed to give MLS-based players an extended look and a chance to make their mark. Winter camp has in past years, given player a chance to earn World Cup roster spots.

"As we continue to build our group, this is an excellent opportunity to work with many of the MLS players and potentially see some new faces," USMNT coach Mauricio Pochettino said in a statement.

"Jamaica is the type of team we could see in upcoming tournaments including World Cup Qualifying, so it's a great opportunity and experience for these players.

"Of course, we love to play in Ft. Lauderdale and to have the support of the amazing fans in the area."

Seven players on the U.S. squad at the World Cup in 2026 earned their first or second cap in a January camp match: current USMNT captain Tyler Adams, forwards Brenden Aaronson and Alejandro Zendejas, midfielder Cristian Roldan, defenders Max Arfsten and Tim Ream, and goalkeeper Matt Turner.

The list of alumni also includes five members of the 100-cap club: Jozy Altidore, DaMarcus Beasley, Carlos Bocanegra, Clint Dempsey and Landon Donovan.

During the USA's perfect 4-0-0 stretch this fall, a total of nine MLS players earned their international debuts

The USMNT calendar for 2027 includes Concacaf Nations League finals, the Concacaf Gold Cup and the start of 2030 World Cup qualifying.

The USMNT holds a 22W-3L-10D record overall against Jamaica, including a 7W-1L-2D mark in non-official matches. The match against Jamaica will be held at Inter Miami's stadium at 3:30 p.m.
