After earning a big away win at Liverpool on Sunday, Manchester City were beaten in their first home game since being found guilty on all of the 100-plus charges of serious breaches of Premier League financial regulations.
Champions League holders and fellow high rollers Paris Saint-Germain blew the hosts away in the first half before Enzo Maresca's team fought back in the second as Erling Haaland struck twice.

During the international break it was announced that an independent panel found that City arranged "sham" contracts with commercial partners to artificially inflate their commercial earnings, filed "misstated" accounts to conceal the true nature of their finances, and "significantly" breached Premier League and UEFA spending limits.
City were found guilty of inflating the club's commercial revenue by £830 million ($1.08 billion) between 2009 and 2018.
City have denied any wrongdoing and have appealed the decision.
The club's first match since the ruling came at Anfield last weekend, but instead of going into their shell, Enzo Maresca's team earned a statement 3-0 victory.
As the football world waits to discover the sanctions City will face if their appeal fails, PSG boss Luis Enrique has said the Premier League side deserve to keep the trophies won during the period in which they have been found guilty of breaking the rules.
"The trophies you win on the pitch remain on the pitch," Enrique said. "They deserved to win that and I hope they can avoid the sanction. But we have to wait. The things I will say to Pep I will do in private.
"I hope everything works out well for Manchester City because what they've done on the pitch has been incredible."
