Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of Liam Delap from Chelsea.
Sources told ESPN that Delap will join Forest in a move worth an initial £45 million ($61m) plus £5m ($7m) in add-ons, sources added.
"I really can't wait to get started, this is a massive club with a big history," the forward said in a statement to club media.
"I spoke to the manager and I like his way, I think he can be the one to really help me develop and make that next step and hopefully I can bring goals here.
"I can't wait to hear the noise at the City Ground and have the fans on my side because I know how loud and important they are.
"As a team we can build something really strong and the main aim is to challenge and be a top club in the Premier League."
Sources told ESPN that Delap was Forest's first choice attacking target, with manager Oliver Glasner saying he was confident they would add players before the summer transfer window closes.

Delap joined Chelsea from Ipswich for £30 million ($41m) last summer. In his sole season at Stamford Bridge, Delap scored one Premier League goal in 28 appearances. He has also scored for Chelsea in the Champions League.
