The weekend of soccer continues across Europe on Sunday.
In the Premier League, Manchester City came from behind in their season opener to beat Bournemouth, 2-1. At the same time, Aston Villa fell apart against Brighton, losing 4-0 and seeing debutant Joao Gomes sent off in the first half.
Later, Newcastle United hosted Liverpool and two new managers began their respective league campaigns: Matthias Jaissle with Newcastle and Andoni Iraola with Liverpool. Although Newcastle were on the front foot throughout, Liverpool came back twice to manage a 2-2 draw.
