Crystal Palace is finalizing the transfer of Real Salt Lake winger Zavier Gozo, a source confirmed to ESPN.
Palace is set to pay RSL $15 million to acquire the contract of Gozo, with RSL retaining a sell-on percentage of his contract between 20% and 25%.
The Athletic was the first to report Gozo's imminent arrival at the London club.
Gozo, 19, is viewed as a budding star within U.S. soccer circles.
So far this season he has tallied six goals and five assists and was named to the MLS All-Star team. A product of RSL's academy, Gozo has made 50 career appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and adding eight assists.
At the international level, Gozo was part of the U.S. U-20 squad that reached the quarterfinals at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Gozo scored the opener in the Americans' 3-0 group stage victory over France.
Gozo's ability in the attacking third saw him make a late push to be named to the U.S. World Cup squad last summer, but he ultimately missed out. He is expected to be called up later this year as manager Mauricio Pochettino looks to revitalize his squad as the new World Cup cycle begins.
Crystal Palace, now under the leadership of manager Pierre Sage, has seen several high-profile players depart in the last 12 months, including defender Marc Guéhi to Manchester City, midfielder Eberechi Eze to Arsenal and more recently defender Maxence Lacroix to Chelsea.
U.S. defender Chris Richards remains a key piece of the Palace squad.
