Como have confirmed the signing of Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea.
The deal is worth £25 million plus £5m in add-ons ($33.6m plus $6.7m), sources told ESPN.
The 27-year-old played 151 matches for the west London outfit, scoring eight goals, including three in the Premier League last season.
The England international flew to Italy on Wednesday to undergo his medical as he departed his boyhood club for good.
Chalobah's 19-year association with Chelsea officially comes to an end, having won the FA Cup, Conference League, Club World Cup and Super Cup in his time at Stamford Bridge.
The 27-year-old joins former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas at Como, with the Spaniard guiding the Serie A side into the Champions League for the first time in their history.

Chalobah is Chelsea's fifth exit of the season, following the departures of Andrey Santos, Marc Cucurella, Tyrique George and Alejandro Garnacho.
With him leaving, Xabi Alonso's squad is still made up of 40 players and it is expected there will be several more players heading out of Stamford Bridge in the coming weeks.
