Lawrence Dallaglio's England 2003 Rugby World Cup winners medal has sold at auction for £54,000.
Dallaglio, who represented England between 1995-2007, sold a range of items from his career at Budds auctioneers.
The 54-year-old was declared bankrupt last year following his divorce.
Also sold were his 2003 Six Nations winners medal, which went for £7,500 and a British and Irish Lions cap, which fetched £11,000. Other items ranged from domestic medals to individual awards.
The collection had been predicted to sell for £180,000 but raised £100,500.
Dallaglio won 85 caps for England, 22 as captain, and went on three Lions tours, playing in three Tests.
In 2025, he told the High Performance Podcast about his financial struggles, saying: "As a result of getting divorced, I was made bankrupt. I had some financial problems -- I could've done things a lot better."
Dallaglio was a key figure in the 2003 World Cup winning side. He played the entire game in Sydney at No. 8 as England beat hosts Australia in extra-time.
He won four Six Nations titles in 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2003, when England claimed the Grand Slam.
