METAIRIE, La. -- New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara has "no limitations" and says his knee feels good only one month after spraining his MCL in a practice against the Dallas Cowboys.

"If it wasn't right, I wouldn't be in," Kamara said Thursday as the Saints prepared for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. "So I feel great. Moving well."

Kamara, who was a full participant during Thursday's practice, said the initial estimated timeline for his recovery from what he called a "Grade II plus" sprain was about four to six weeks.

It's unclear how the Saints will use Kamara against the Ravens, as they essentially employed a running-back-by-committee approach in a Week 1 overtime loss against the Detroit Lions. Travis Etienne Jr. and Kendre Miller had nine carries each, and Etienne also had seven receptions.

"You really never know when your number really going to be called," Kamara said. "I feel the same as if I'm leading or not. I mean, I think that's more for the coaches to figure out. I don't know what they want to do with it. That's on them. My job is to be ready, so I'll be ready."

Wide receiver Chris Olave (hamstring) and edge rusher Chase Young (calf) were both listed as limited practice participants for the first time this week.
