Seahawks' Germain Ifedi out at least three weeks with sprained ankle

RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks first-round pick Germain Ifedi suffered a high ankle sprain during Wednesday's practice and is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks, according to a league source.

Ifedi was in line to be the team's starting right guard, but now the Seahawks will have to do some shuffling as they prepare for Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

The Seahawks' other options at right guard are Rees Odhiambo, J'Marcus Webb and Justin Britt.

Odhiambo and Webb are currently backups. The Seahawks drafted Odhiambo in the third round of this year's draft. Webb played 13 games at right guard for the Oakland Raiders last season, but the Seahawks have been practicing him primarily at right tackle all offseason.

Britt is the starting center, but he played guard last season. If Britt were to change positions, rookie Joey Hunt would be an option to replace him at center.
