Boerkircher figures to be the favorite to enter the regular season as the Jaguars' TE2 behind Strange, with the former competing against Koziol, Quintin Morris and Hunter Long. The Jaguars wrap up their slate of preseason games this Friday against the Buccaneers.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Boerkircher was selected by the Jaguars in the second round of April's draft. Boerkircher is a blocking tight end who handled a 3% target share (lowest in this rookie TE class) across 52 collegiate games (five seasons). He aligned in the slot 30% of the time and posted a 1.04 YPRR, both of which are lowest in this TE group. He'll file in as a blocking complement to starter Brenton Strange and is not a fantasy option.
