News: 12 hours agoDoubs caught one of three targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Raiders.

Spin: Six different Patriots caught at least three passes from Drake Maye as the QB tossed four TDs in total, but Doubs wasn't able to secure a share of the bounty. It was a very disappointing follow-up to his 6-58-2 line from last week given the circumstances, but with his quarterback having apparently regained his swagger, Doubs' own arrow is still pointed up. After getting blanked in his New England debut, Doubs has a 13-219-2 line on 20 targets over the last four games. He'll look to get back in the end zone in a Week 6 tilt against the Jets.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Doubs signed with the Patriots during free agency after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Packers. He was a serviceable player during his Green Bay tenure, but he never finished a season in the top 30 among receivers in targets, catches, yards or fantasy points. Consistently mediocre, Doubs has averaged either 10.2 or 10.3 fantasy PPG each of the last three seasons. In New England, Doubs is likely to settle in as Drake Maye's No. 2 target behind A.J. Brown, though his target ceiling figures to be capped with the likes of DeMario Douglas, Mack Hollins and Kyle Williams also in the mix at receiver. Doubs, 26, is a fine addition to your bench, but his upside is limited.
