Fantasy Men's Basketball
News: 8 hours agoJohnson (rest) won't play in Monday's preseason game against the Thunder, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Spin: Johnson and most of Atlanta's regulars won't suit up for the penultimate preseason contest. Johnson tallied 20 points (8-12 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), seven rebounds and three assists over 25 minutes in Saturday's 119-117 preseason win over the Pacers.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Johnson has increased his scoring, rebounding and assists in each of his five seasons up to last season's rounded 23 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. He stepped forward as the franchise player for the Hawks, particularly after they traded away Trae Young. Johnson moves into this season as one of the few players in the league that has legitimate upside to average a triple-double.
