Lawal-Ishii heavyweight bout headlines Bellator 169 in Dublin

          A heavyweight fight between Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal and Satoshi Ishii will headline Bellator 169 on Dec. 16 in Dublin.

          Bellator officials announced the main event on Wednesday. The event, which airs on Spike TV, will take place inside 3Arena.

          Lawal (19-5) is coming off a three-round decision loss to Phil Davis at Bellator 154 in May. The former Strikeforce champion had won seven fights in a row prior to the loss, both in Bellator and overseas in the Japanese promotion Rizin.

          A former Olympian in judo, Ishii (14-6-1) was signed by Bellator earlier this year to face Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. Ishii lost to Jackson in June via split decision.

          James Gallagher (4-0), a featherweight fighting out of SBG Ireland alongside UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor, is also scheduled to appear on the card.
