Dodgers whip Cardinals after Miller's injury

Carl Crawford line-drive double off Shelby Miller's right elbow ended the St. Louis Cardinals starter's night after just two pitches and the Los Angeles Dodgers punished the rookie's replacements, too, in a 13-4 victory on Wednesday night.
