Sabathia sharp over eight innings, Cards lose 8th straight

C.C. Sabathia worked eight dominant innings to help the Cleveland Indians win consecutive games for the first time since the beginning of June and send the St. Louis Cardinals to their eighth straight loss with a 3-1 victory on Tuesday night.
