HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- — Tyreke Locure had 20 points in UL Monroe's 68-59 win over Southern Miss on Thursday night.
Locure added five rebounds, five assists, and five steals for the Warhawks (10-14, 5-8 Sun Belt Conference). Nika Metskhvarishvili scored 14 points and added seven rebounds and three steals. Savion Gallion finished 4 of 5 from the field to finish with 11 points.
Austin Crowley led the way for the Golden Eagles (14-12, 7-6) with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Southern Miss also got 12 points, eight rebounds and two blocks from Tegra Izay. Cobie Montgomery had 11 points.
