Wyoming downs Troy in game delayed by power outage

LARAMIE, Wyo. -- Justin James scored 27 points, Hayden Dalton added 13 and grabbed 12 rebounds, and Wyoming rallied late to beat Troy 67-64 on Monday night in a game delayed by a power outage.

Leading by three at halftime, Troy's Wesley Person hit two 3-pointers -- becoming only the fourth player in school history to hit 200 career 3s -- and Troy led 41-31. Dalton's 3 cut the lead to 50-49 with 8:08 left, Jason McManamen made the go-ahead layup for a 59-58 lead. Justin James' field goal for the Cowboys with 56 seconds left was the last points of the game.

McManamen scored 10 points for the Cowboys (9-2), who have won six straight.

Troy's Jeremy Hollimon had scored seven straight points to tie it at 13 when a citywide power outage struck. When play resumed an hour and fifteen minutes later, Troy extended the run to 12 and led 32-29 at halftime.

Person scored 16 points with four 3s and Hollimon had 14 for the Trojans (6-6).
