OMAHA, Neb. -- Isaiah Zierden made five 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 24 points, and Creighton rolled to a 103-78 victory over UTSA on Tuesday night.
Zierden was 7 of 13 from the floor and had four assists. Cole Huff scored 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting, and James Milliken added 12 points for the Blue Jays (2-0).
Ryan Bowie had 23 points and 10 rebounds to lead UTSA (0-3). Gino Littles scored 16 points on 5-of-9 shooting and had five assists, and Nick Allen added 11 points for the Roadrunners.
Zierden scored 12 points in the first half and Creighton led 61-37 at halftime. The Blue Jays tied a CenturyLink Center Omaha record with 61 first-half points.
The Blue Jays stretched their lead to 32 points midway through the second half.
