Buffalo, N.Y. -- Justin Moss scored a career-high 31 points and added 15 rebounds to lead Buffalo in a second-half surge and 77-68 victory over Miami (Ohio) on Saturday.
The Bulls (12-4, 3-1 Mid-American) trailed 32-29 after scoring just three points in the final 5:27 of the opening half. Buffalo pushed in front early in the second, and four minutes without a Miami basket allowed the Bulls an 11-point lead with 4:56 to play.
Eric Washington led the Redhawks on an 18-9 run, closing within three points with 30 seconds left. Buffalo went 6 of 6 from the line to end it.
Moss went 11 of 15 from the free-throw line, while Shannon Evans finished with 17 points. The Bulls ended the contest 0 of 12 from behind the arc.
Washington scored 17 points and Will Sullivan added 14 with 11 rebounds for Miami (6-11, 1-3).
