PHILADELPHIA -- Frantz Massenat scored 21 points to lead Drexel over Tennessee State 75-61 on Saturday.
Chris Fouch added 20 points while Kazembe Abif chipped in with 11 points to pace Drexel (6-2).
Tennessee State (0-10) was led by Patrick Miller with 20 points, and M.J. Rhett added 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Both teams shot 48 percent, but Drexel went 9 of 24 from beyond the arc, while Tennessee State was just 2 of 8 on 3-pointers.
The Tigers cut the lead to five at 31-26 after Miller made a steal and layup with 3:59 left in the first half. But Drexel closed the half on a 9-2 run to lead 40-28 at the break.
