RICHMOND, Va. -- Juvonte Reddic led four Virginia Commonwealth players in double-figures with 20 points and the Rams shot 52.2 percent (36 of 69) from the field en route to a 92-56 win over Stetson on Wednesday night.
Rob Brandenberg and Jarred Guest added 17 apiece and Briante Weber chipped in 11. Guest also pulled down 10 rebounds for VCU, which held a 41-31 rebounding edge.
VCU's (4-3) control of the boards led to 50 points in the paint and 20 second-chance points.
The Hatters (2-3) shot 26.3 percent (5 of 19) in the first half, trailing by as much as 19 points, 36-17, on a dunk from Reddic.
Stetson committed 22 turnovers, compared to just eight for VCU, and allowed the Rams to score 32 points off those errors.
Joel Naburgs and Chris Perez led Stetson with 16 and 15 points, but only one other Hatter scored more than four points.
