Chelsea beat Brighton in a 4-3 thriller as the Blues continued their flying start in the Premier League under Xabi Alonso.
The hosts raced into a 3-0 lead as Romeo Lavia, Pedro Neto and João Pedro were all on target, before Malick Yalcouyé pulled one back in the first half.
Cole Palmer extended the lead after former Brighton striker Pedro turned into this own net and Chelsea held out despite a stoppage-time header from Pascal Gross.
