Brighton came back from 2-0 down to beat Manchester United 3-2 and progress to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Michael Carrick's men got off to a dream start after Shea Lacey and Mason Mount scored in the space of 97 seconds, to lead by two after just 10 minutes.
But Charalampos Kostoulas reduced the arrears before half-time, and the Seagulls were dominant in the second half as Pascal Groß and Maxim de Cuyper completed the turnaround.
