Saim Ayub, Player of the Match: I enjoy everything; the atmosphere and the people. It's just love. Nothing much. I think I just played with the flow and had some planning about what to do in the middle, which bowler to hit and which one not to hit, and just going sensible. I have teammates who are experts in hitting sixes, you know, so it makes it easier for me as well. Bowling is one thing I tell my teammates not to expect much from me. I'm going to enjoy that because I take too much pressure in batting, so I'm just enjoying my bowling. It's not in our hands. It's totally uncontrollable to get an injury, but to come back stronger is in our control. So I like to be positive all the time.

That over by Odean Smith must have scared the bejesus out of Powell! I mean, he nearly botched it as Shanaka went berserk in the last over! The Patriots just haven't been able to pace the chase well, but they were up against a quality bowling attack, with the likes of Hunain, Ayub and Paul doing splendid jobs. They are just so hard to dominate. Saim's staggering 100 remains the standout performance. It was an innings of poise, class, balance and silky touch, oozing with his natural flair and arrayed with fantastic strokes. That ultimately proved to be the main difference between the two sides. He hit eight sixes in his innings (most in his T20 career)
