Ishan Kishan is the Player of the Match. He says when you get runs for your team, you get a good total and being on the winning side is a good feeling. He didn't feel like the wicket was something like going in and scoring 200 runs. The bounce was a bit off for him. As a No. 3 batter, when you're set, you want to score big runs so your team gets going. You don't have to think about the wickets that have gone. You just have to keep watching the ball and trust your strength and assess which bowlers to target. He's happy to see Mayank Yadav, Prince Yadav and Yash Thakur coming on and doing well. They all have a great story behind their success. Their fielding is good as well. They're going to make a big name for themselves. He explains the missed run-out opportunity, saying he thought the batter had already reached the crease.

Sikandar Raza says he thought the boys bowled well in patches. He credits India for the shots they played and the skills they showed. He is disappointed with their fielding today though. Raza praises Kishan for his consistency. Says he's batting well at No. 3 which could be a tricky role. He and Tilak batted really well. Zimbabwe can learn from their partnership. Raza says Zimbabwe were going to go for the chase. Sometimes it's the shot selection and the experience that lets them down. He owns up to letting the team down with the bat. The one big takeaway from their defeats in Ireland and England is that India's batters weren't able to cope when there was pace and bounce on offer.
