Credit to Harry Brook and Jos Buttler for their exceptional innings. We missed our plans and execution. [Positives] Nothing happened for us. Especially these guys have been playing really good cricket recently. [Conditions] We didn't think about that, but knew that it's a high-scoring venue."

England's Harry Brook is Player of the Match: "Exceptional performance and very proud how the boys went about it. [Baker] He's been bowling extremely well and he deserved his opportunity. To bowl three overs in the powerplay is never an easy task. Thought he had an amazing night. [Short turnaround] It's not the ideal schedule, if the Test had gone all the way we'd have had one day. But it finished early and we could get down. [Batting in Southampton] Don't know, every time we get a decent score, Jose is there as well. He's always been amazing and it feel likes he's hit his straps again. We spoke about running twos, think we had 22 out there tonight, so it's phenomenal. Communication was amazing, if we're being ultra critical we can get a few more runs or take more early wickets. But it was near perfect."
