POTM Lizelle Lee: "I think it was probably better to bat against the new ball. Came off the surface easier and it got harder to play as the ball got softer. And then Jemi at the end, getting those runs, that's what set us apart. Our bowlers have got us out of tough situations and they did that again today. Everybody's gelling pretty well and with Sophie Molineux as captain there's just a calm presence on the field and it shows."

Sophie Molineux: "It's just cricket, it's momentum. When you learn how to win early in a competition it goes a long way into the back end of the tournament. We just have to stay calm under pressure. I'm really lucky there are some experienced bowlers. I don't really have to do much out there. [On their score] I think with our start, it looked like 160-170 was on the cards. But as soon as the ball gets soft, it gets really hard to score here. The ball sort of holds a little bit. You have to cash in at the start of the innings and that's what Lizelle did. If one of the players misses out the next person steps up. That's the best thing about this team. Boundary sizes and everything is a bit above my paygrade, but it does suit us. Lizelle would probably like some shorter boundaries but she plays them nicely. [On Corteen-Coleman] She's a ripper. Great person. Loved getting to know her. She's like a sponge. Loves to learn, asks lot of questions. Really enjoyable playing with her. She's so competitive. She'll have a long and successful career."

5.45pm Well, a rather professional display from Southern Brave will keep them on top of the table. They had a slowdown after a good opening stand, but found momentum at the end of their innings. They dropped three catches in the space of ten balls having not yet taken a wicket while defending 141, but came back to see out the chase comfortably. They are the team that have laid down the marker early on in the season, and continue to be the team to beat. For Phoenix, there were positives in the form of how their bowlers dragged things back and how Perrin batted, but are still left with many questions to answer.

Bell will bowl this over knowing she just needs to avoid bowling a no-ball, and even one dot will do the trick
