5:52pm That will be a wrap from us for this game. And what a game it was. But action in the Hundred is not done for the day. We still have a contest from the men's comp coming. Do join us for that as well, but until next time, from all of us here at Cricinfo, it is goodbye!

Marie Kelly, Player of the Match: (Feeling) Pretty nervous watching, you are more nervous sat on the side. Feel a bit flat (to tie) but credit to them. Strange feeling (on the result). Bit tricky to start with, needed to get used to the extra bounce. Strong wind as well. In a chase like that, you want to get off to a good start. (On the target) Too many (runs conceded) from the last 10-15 balls but here (at The Oval), you are never out of the game.

5:46pm Phew. What a game. it went one way, and then it swayed the other. London Spirit had it, especially when de Klerk and Dottin had reduced the equation to 12 off 11. But then, neither could find the big hits, meaning MI London clawed their way back. Matthews largely held her nerve at the end, dismissing de Klerk to give the hosts a real shot at a win. But LS had done just enough prior to it to ensure they do not walk back empty-handed.

A stunning game of cricket nevertheless, even if it did not quite produce a winner. MI London, for what it is worth, do break their duck, although given their circumstances, they would have probably wanted two more points from a home fixture against their cross-town rivals.

Matthews to Dottin, 2 runs, Dottin shanks it, and Dottin scrambles back to make the second! A London Derby with its ebbs and flows, and nothing to separate the two sides! Back of a length on the stumps. Dottin has a huge mow at it and clinks it into the wide long on region. Kerr gets the ball stuck in her palm a little and that gives Dottin the time to make it back. By the barest of margins, as some would say, and this game ends just how it began: deadlocked!

3 off 1. No tie-breaker for the league games, meaning that if LS manage a brace, points will be shared

Matthews to Dean, 1 run, slowed up on a length outside off. Dean gets down on one knee and swats it to deep mid wicket. Just a single

Captain Dean strides out, with her side needing 4 off 2

Matthews to de Klerk, OUT, smeared to deep mid wicket, and MI London strike a body blow! Pulls the length back on leg, after sensing the charge. de Klerk skips down anyway and looks to muscle it over deep mid wicket. Not enough power on it and Kerr, stood well inside the fence, gobbles it up. Big, big moment in the game, and a potentially decisive one!

4 off 3 now. de Klerk on strike. Matthews stays around the wicket

Matthews to Dottin, 1 run, shortish again but Dottin cannot make this count. Hops back and slaps it straight to extra cover

4
Matthews to Dottin, FOUR, Dottin finds the gap, and she finds the fence! Dragged down outside off. Dottin rocks back, uses the angle from around the wicket and thrashes it past extra cover!

Now then. LS have given MI London more than a sniff here. 9 off 5. Matthews to bowl. Dottin on strike. Fascinating match-up

Carey to Dottin, no run, another superb wide yorker. Dottin tries to smash the cover off this and only connects with the fresh London air
