Phoebe Litchfield, Match Hero: The game set itself up with our beautiful bowling in the first innings. I think the way we started with the ball, swinging it, moving it, making the most of the pitch. And then I think the bowlers deserve the credit for this game because it allowed us to go out there and play with freedom and chase the score as quickly as possible. Yeah, I think so. In this form of cricket, it's kind of the way I play, and it's kind of our blueprint of batting for our side as well. I think you'll either die by the sword at times, but I think putting the pressure back on the bowlers is the best way to go in T20 cricket or The Hundred. So, yeah, that's part of my blueprint, and it came off today. But, yeah, it's been a while, so yeah, first 50 in The Hundred. That's a nice little moment for me. That's cool (on fastest half-century in Hundred). Yeah, I think that's the way with this form of cricket. We have come second in a couple of the close matches, and yeah, the results haven't gone our way, but we knew that we're playing some all-right cricket. We've just probably faltered for 50 balls here and there. So, it's been nice to put some performances together, and, yeah, momentum in cricket is an amazing thing, as all cricketers know. So, we'll be taking it nice and hard to Headingley, and then hopefully finish off the season in Manchester with a win

Lopsided affair as Sunrisers bossed the game, clinical in all departments as Litchfield and Lauren hurtled towards the target without breaking a sweat. 107 was never going to be enough, and Phoenix didn't turn up. They weren't incisive with the new ball, Fatima couldn't extract much swing, Perry was toothless and Filer didn't make an impact as well. It's like they put their hands down very quickly. But that is the kind of impact Litchfield can create with her attacking ways and how she lives by the sword and dies by the sword. She takes the game on by the scruff of its neck and has a clear, uninhibited approach towards her batting. The free-flowing swings of the bat and the dominant style of batting makes her such a coveted asset for any line-up
