9.45pm And that's it from us for tonight. We hope you enjoyed our coverage. Until next time, it's good night from me, Ekanth and Chandan.
Adam Zampa is the Player of the Match. "We probably had the better side of the toss. There was a bit of tackiness if you got it into the wicket, a bit of spin, and the new probably negated it later. These wickets suit me, you get a bit of grab if you get it into the wicket, but also the sliders, they sort of skid on. I've played with Rovan for the Tallawahs so we have a good relationship, and I try to lend him help [as a leader] whenever I can."
Rovman Powell: "I enjoyed how the bowlers bowled. At the start of the competition we had problems with our bowling, now it seems like we've sorted it out. [Akif Raja] has been bowling well in the nets, he's a wicket-taker. He might go for runs sometimes but he gets wickets, and the only way to stop good players is to get them out. [Zampa] gives us control in the middle overs. Once you take wickets in the middle overs you're doing well. It's important that [Dickwella and Munsey] came in tonight and showed what they've got."
Sunil Narine: "It's a case of probably confidence. We've been in good positions in the last 3-4 games, but the last six overs we could have scored more to make it a bit easier for our bowlers. Any combination isn't going our way. Just a tournament where things aren't going our way. [On Joe Clarke:] He looked the part, he was in good nick, even in the first game even though he didn't score. We got a good start and we didn't capitalise again. If you lose wickets in a cluster it will stop the flow. I think we'll try to enjoy the next two games and try to make the best of it."
9.25pm The Knight Riders remain winless, and the Capitals stay alive. They changed their opening pair today, and the two new faces made a big difference in the chase, with Niroshan Dickwella scoring 37 off 22 and George Munsey 57 off 43. Before that, though, it was a strong bowling performance that restricted Knight Riders to 149, with Adam Zampa picking up his second successive three-wicket haul to put the Capitals on top.
Three to get now. Hosein to bowl the 18th over. Left-arm round.
